Masts for classic (non-eFoil) foiling
Classic, X2, M2, and M6 carbon masts for paddle, surf, wing, kite, and tow foiling.
In this article
These are mast-only products for classic (non-eFoil) foiling — paddle, surf, wing, kite, and tow. If you have an eFoil, you need a propulsion unit, not a mast. All mount on the bolt-on Lift baseplate and work with all Lift bolt-on wings and classic foil boards.
The lines
Series | Stiffness | Drag | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
Classic | Standard | Lowest | Most riders, best value |
X2 | 2× Classic | Slightly more | Heavier riders, wide/high-aspect wings |
M2 | Stiffest | Same as Classic | Performance / competitive |
M6 | Stiffest + 14mm slim | Lower (slim profile) | Premium, surf, downwind, racing |
Heights
24" — shortest/lightest, learning, reduced swing weight (Classic only)
28" — the standard; versatile and responsive (surfing/pumping default)
32" — bigger/faster surf, pairs with high-aspect wings (most popular step-up)
36" — longest; towing into bigger surf, kite foiling, max ride height
Choosing a series
Classic — standard stiffness, lowest drag, the default for most riders.
X2 — 2× stiffer for heavier riders (180+ lbs) or wide-wingspan wings; minimal added drag.
M2 — the stiffest with no drag penalty over Classic; performance-driven riders.
M6 — high-modulus M6 carbon, 14mm slim profile, and a redesigned baseplate that keeps the mast screws in the track for faster setup. The Florence M6 30" (designed with the Florence brothers) is the centerpiece of the Florence Collection — a true quiver killer for surf, downwind, and flatwater.
Classic, X2, and M2 share a cross-compatible baseplate; the M6 uses its redesigned baseplate.
