Domestic (US)

  • Shipped via DHL and FedEx

  • Order processing: up to 1 week

  • Transit: 1–2 days for US domestic

International

  • FedEx International Economy for US and UK/EU zones

  • DHL for Australia and Eastern Europe

  • The most reliable/economical carrier for other regions

  • International transit: no more than 5 days once processed

Possible delays

Shipping may be delayed for: Bangladesh, Bermuda, Cyprus, Eritrea, Estonia, Fiji, Greece, Croatia, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and parts of South America.

Backordered products

Backordered items have shipping timelines listed on their individual product pages.

Batteries ship separately

eFoil batteries always ship separately from the board and arrive with their own tracking number — don't worry if your board and battery have different tracking.
