Lift Foils provides a 1-year limited warranty on all Lift-manufactured components for personal recreational use. (Warranty policy revised March 30, 2026.)

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use, across Lift-manufactured components: boards, foils, wings, masts, fuselages, mechanical hardware, batteries, motors, eBoxes, chargers, controllers, wiring, connectors, and electronics.

  • Applies to: products purchased from Lift Foils or authorized retailers for personal recreational use.

  • Commercial use: warranty is limited to 90 days (rental fleets, demos, instructional programs, guided tours, or any compensated use).

  • Non-transferable: original purchaser only; proof of purchase required.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear, water intrusion, battery degradation, crashes/impacts, improper assembly, cosmetic damage, use with non-Lift components, unauthorized modifications, and neglect/misuse. Third-party components are not covered even if sold with or installed on the product.

Battery specifics

The battery is a consumable component — covered for manufacturing defects, but not warranted for specific capacity or runtime. To keep coverage, you must charge it at least once every 3 months and keep firmware updated via the Lift app.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact help@liftfoils.com.

  2. Provide your receipt / order number and the serial number.

  3. Lift may request photos, video, or diagnostic data.

Remedies: remote troubleshooting first, then repair or replacement at Lift's discretion. Shipping: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (inbound and outbound), including customs/duties/VAT. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product or component.

Dealers cannot approve warranty claims on Lift's behalf. For coverage beyond the manufacturer warranty, see the Extended warranty (SureBright).
